Joint Solution Allows Dealers To Reach Ideal Customers On World’s Largest Social Platform with Ease
COLUMBUS, OH, March 10, 2022 – AutoSweet and DealerCenter recently forged a partnership to provide Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, and Google advertising to DealerCenter’s independent dealership clients. Together the companies developed an easy-to-use implementation of Facebook’s Promoted Marketplace Inventory (PMI), which provides auto dealers an automated way to advertise their inventory on Facebook and Facebook Marketplace.
DealerCenter provides its clients’ inventory feeds to AutoSweet for use in Facebook advertising. Now five months into the partnership, the partners are integrating sales information from the DealerCenter DMS into AutoSweet marketing efforts. With transactional data from the DealerCenter DMS, AutoSweet can target customers with loyalty messaging and build look–like audiences to conquest similar audiences in the dealership’s DMA. AutoSweet can also measure the sales effectiveness of marketing campaigns by matching sold customers and revenue generated to actual marketing campaigns for true ROI measurement.
“Our mutual customers of the partnership are seeing fantastic results,” explained Ed Braunbeck, AutoSweet’s Director of Strategic Partnerships. “On the PMI product, the cost per lead (CPL) is approximately $13 and cost per click (CPC) is $0.07. Many dealers working with our AutoSweet consultants to expand their marketing with additional Facebook and Google campaigns are now seeing lead generation campaigns with a CPL of $4.50 and Customer Acquisition Costs around $200. We’re pleased to be able to generate these results for our clients.”
When Facebook ended free automatic catalog feed support to Facebook Marketplace in 2021, independent dealerships who relied on Facebook Marketplace to promote their vehicles and generate leads and sales were forced to find a new solution. With PMI, leads, messages, and phone calls from dealers’ Facebook ads are automatically integrated into the DealerCenter CRM.
“Together, AutoSweet and DealerCenter leveraged their combined development strength to create Promoted Marketplace Inventory, which can be implemented in as little as one business day,” explained Braunbeck.
Barry Lane, DealerCenter’s Vice President of Business Development, added, “We are excited to introduce the power of Facebook advertising to our dealership customers.” Lane continued, “We pride ourselves on the ability to provide affordable marketing solutions that work for our independent dealer clients.”
This partnership aligns the strength of AutoSweet’s automotive Facebook advertising expertise and transparent marketing dashboard with DealerCenter’s all-in-one, cloud-based, Dealer Management Solution designed to fit the needs of the independent dealer.
The two companies are planning further integrations that will allow dealers to easily market their inventory and measure sales attribution on the world’s most popular digital marketing channels.
